We are proud to be a BCorp.About The Role 🖥️The Performance Marketing intern will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Pay Per Click campaigns across various platforms internationally to drive qualified traffic & generate revenue. You will work closely with the Business Performance team to align strategies with overall business objectives and ensure maximum ROI.What You Will Do 👜Performance Marketing Support (50%):Day-to-day management and optimization of digital ad campaigns on: Search: Google Ads Social: Meta, TikTok, Pinterest Display: Criteo Keeping track of performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS) and spotting trends/ways to make things better Helping out with keyword research, ad copy writing, making landing pages better, and targeting the right audiences Putting together campaign performance reportsCreator Program and UGC Development (40%)Build and nurture a diverse creator base aligned with our brand valuesCreate efficient briefing processes for high-volume quality content generationCoordinate with creators to ensure content meets performance marketing goalsAnalyze UGC campaign metrics to continuously optimize content strategyLearning and Development (10%):Join in team meetings and brainstorming sessionsResearch what's new and hot in digital marketingDo learning projects to get better at specific digital marketing skillsWho You Are ⭐Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fieldPassionate about digital marketing, with particular interest in performance advertisingActively engaged in social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, with daily usePossesses a strong interest in social media platforms, influencer marketing, and the creator ecosystemRegularly interacts with fashion content, demonstrating a specific focus on luxury, second-hand, and sustainable fashionFollows relevant fashion influencers and brands across social mediaBasic understanding of digital marketing channels (paid search, social media advertising, display)Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and draw insightsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projectsProficient in Excel/Google Sheets; (knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools is a plus)Creative thinker with interest in content creation and social media trendsGood communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (other languages a plus)Self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating effectively in a teamInterest in fashion, sustainability, and the circular economyWhat we offer 🎁A meaningful job with an impact on the way people consume fashion and promote sustainabilityThe opportunity to do career-defining work in a fast-growing French-born scale upThe possibility to work as part of a globally diverse team with more than 50 nationalitiesTwo days to help Project - reinforcing your activist journey and volunteer for an associationSignificant investment in your learning and growthCompetitive Compensation And Benefits PackageAs full member of our entrepreneurial project, you will be eligible to free sharesResearch indicates that people from underrepresented backgrounds—including women, people with disabilities, and other marginalized communities—often hesitate to apply for roles unless they meet every single requirement.At Vestiaire Collective, we believe that talent comes in many forms, and we're committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
