Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic, data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth strategy across multiple channels and markets. This role is responsible for driving customeracquisition, optimizing marketing ROI, and scaling paid media performance through innovativestrategies and data intelligence.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy &LeadershipDevelop and execute the company’s overall performance marketing strategy to achieve business growth, ROI, and acquisition goals.Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of digital marketers, analysts, and channel specialists.Partner with product, data, and brand teams to ensure full-funnel marketing integration.Define KPIs and performance benchmarks across all paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, Affiliates, etc.).Campaign Management & OptimizationOwn planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across search, social, display, video, app, and affiliate networks.Continuously test and refine creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV.Drive performance insights through A/B testing, attribution analysis, and marketing automation tools.Manage budgets efficiently with data-led decision-making.Analytics & TechnologyBuild robust tracking, reporting, and attribution frameworks using tools such as GA4, AppsFlyer, Tableau, or Power BI.Collaborate with BI and Data Science teams to enhance marketing dashboards and predictive models.Identify and implement MarTech tools that improve campaign automation, personalization, and performance tracking.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with CRM, Brand, Product, and Regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive user journeys.Work with Finance to forecast spend and align performance marketing goals with business KPIs (revenue, bookings, user growth, etc.).Requirements6+ years of experience in digital or performance marketingProven track record of scaling user acquisition and managing large media budgets.Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and ad platform dashboards.Experience with attribution models, LTV analysis, and marketing automation.Deep understanding of digital ecosystems — paid search, paid social, display, video, affiliates, and app marketing.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in the travel, e-commerce, fintech, or marketplace industry is a plus.
