Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)Location: Winterthur, Switzerland Gisada – a fast-growing Swiss luxury fragrance brand – is on an international growth journey. To scale our digital performance and e-commerce success, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a strong focus on paid media, e-commerce funnels, and Amazon marketing.Your Responsibilities:Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Amazon AdsOwn and drive Amazon PPC strategy (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display), A+ Content, and keyword optimizationDefine and execute performance marketing strategies to increase ROAS, conversions, and visibilityMonitor and report on key metrics: CPA, CTR, conversion rates, TACoS, and moreA/B test creatives, audiences, copy, and bidding strategies across all platformsCollaborate with Creative, Social Media, and E-Commerce teams for cohesive brand communicationManage budgets across multiple channels and ensure smart, scalable media spendYour Profile:3+ years experience in performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce, beauty, or luxury sectorsStrong hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics toolsDeep understanding of performance funnels, audience targeting, and attribution modelsStrong analytical mindset, confident in interpreting data and optimizing accordinglyFamiliar with Amazon Seller or Vendor Central, keyword tools (e.g. Helium 10, Jungle Scout), and A/B testingFluent in English (German is a plus)Strategic, results-driven, and proactive in scaling campaigns internationallyWhat We Offer:A global luxury brand with growing e-commerce and Amazon presenceFull ownership of performance and Amazon ad strategiesAn inspiring, aesthetics-driven work environmentHybrid work options and flexible structuresCompetitive salary and long-term growth opportunities
