Performance Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our fast-moving, high-impact marketing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll drive growth by planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Perfect for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution — from designing multi-channel campaigns to analyzing data and iterating for impact.You’ll work closely with content, sales, and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads, and support commercial growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and run creative campaigns across digital, social, email, and eventsOwn ads, and performance — driving measurable growth through paid ads management and optimizationUse data to test, iterate, and optimize campaigns continuouslyEnsure messaging is sharp and consistent across all channelsCollaborate with content, product, and commercial teams to tell stories that convertWhat We Are Looking ForWe’re seeking an experienced marketer with a proven track record of running and optimizing multi-channel campaigns in fast-paced environments. You combine creativity with analytical thinking and thrive when driving results across teams.You Have4+ years in a marketing management role with hands-on campaign ownership (B2B and/or SaaS preferred)Strong skills in digital advertising (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)Experience with ABM campaigns and data-driven decision-makingExcellent project management and collaboration skillsBonus points for:Interest or experience in energy or sustainabilityFamiliarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)Experience with conferences, live events, or partnershipsThis Is What We Can OfferWe are a fun-loving team of people from different backgrounds, with different likes and personalities.
