In this role, you’ll lead a team of Ads Optimization managing a significant online ad spend across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) to drive growth and efficiency. your focus will be on high‑level ads strategy, spend optimization, and performance management.If you’re passionate about building a high‑performing ad engine and leading a team of seasoned specialists, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead & Develop Ads Team: Lead, coach, and support senior Ads Optimization, ensuring campaign excellence and efficiency.Campaign Optimization: Plan, launch, and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) with a focus on maximizing ROAS, reducing CAC, and achieving growth targets.Budget Management: Oversee a significant online advertising spend, ensuring effective allocation and accountability.Cross‑Team Collaboration: Guide Chat Engagement and Creative Design teams to support ad campaign performance and optimize lead conversion.Analytics & Insights: Monitor campaign performance and spend efficiency, providing actionable insights and recommendations for growth.Strategy Development: Build long‑term online growth strategies aligned with overall business objectives.QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance advertising, with a strong focus on campaign optimization and ad spend management.Skilled in managing senior digital marketing professionals (senior ads optimization staff or equivalent).In‑depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) and best practices for lead generation, conversion, and growth.Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in campaign analytics, optimization, and performance measurement.Excellent communication and collaboration skills (both Thai and English), with the ability to align stakeholders and drive cross‑team collaboration.Proactive, results‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
