Our Internship Program is a high business-impact program that will give you the opportunity to devise strategic solutions that drive upcoming technology and work processes. This can be accomplished through implementing digitization, diving into customer analytics, designing a digital marketing strategy, or solving financial management issues.Position purpose:Reporting to Retail Operation Manager/Key Account Manager, this role is responsible for assisting sales team including conducting research, focusing on administrative tasks and on-field supports who should be flexible and ready to take on new challenges as they arise.Key responsibilities: Intern for support Retail Operation ManagerSupport the Retail Operations Manager and Sales Manager in completing assigned tasks and projectsAttend meetings and events to observe and gain insights into retail and sales operationsMaintain and update sales reports and documents, ensuring accuracy and timelinessCommunicate effectively with vendors and clients as directed by the managerConduct research and compile survey data to support operational and sales initiativesProvide on-field and event operational support as neededAssist with data analysis to help identify operational opportunities and challengesIntern for support Key Account ManagerCollaborate closely with the Key Account Manager to complete all assigned tasks and projectsConduct store visits to ensure planogram tidiness, recheck stock and tester availability, and take photographic documentationPrepare competitor reports, detailing new product launches and marketing activities, both in-store and onlineActively attend and participate in brand animation events and workshopsIdentify potential weaknesses within current operations and propose actionable improvement suggestionsRequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degreeAbility to commit to at least 12 weeks of full-time workPassion for beauty, technology, and digital experiencesEnergetic, positive, and collaborative team playerThrives in a fast-paced environment and eager to contributeOpen to sharing internship experiences on social media with current and future internsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactionsEager to learn and proactive in tackling new tasks and challengesBasic understanding of sales and marketing conceptsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelAdaptable and willing to multitask, taking on new responsibilities as neededInquisitive mindset for conducting market research and analyzing trendsDo you have what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced and intense environment?
