Job TitlePerformance Marketing ManagerResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionBuild a comprehensive view of Philips’ insite traffic planning (paid, owned, earned) through robust performance tracking and KPI setting.Work in close collaboration with E-commerce team in order to ensure quality EC media strategy & executionsDevelop and implement integrated media plans for ONE PH IMC Campaign across channels (media mix, phasing, audience targeting, creative optimization) to maximize ROI and brand impact.Deliver regular media performance analysis and insights to improve efficiency, track KPIs (traffic acquisition, conversion, brand preference), and report campaign results.Coordinate with audit/ saving projects. Drive effective budget management, with monthly allocations and optimization to maximize return on investment.Drive innovation in media coop, exploring new channels, tools, and technologies to strengthen Philips’ digital presence.You are a part ofYou will report to Philips Media and Social leader, collaborate with many other teams including Ecommerce, RBU, Social, PR, CRM, Insights team etc.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceMaster’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.8+ years of experience in media, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably with exposure to Ecommerce.Proven expertise in consumer marketing with strong business acumen and analytical mindset.Media skills & strategic including nego and sourcingAbility to drive change and innovation across multiple functionsIn depth understanding & proficiency on EC mediaHighly collaborative, with experience working across functions and managing agencies/platforms.Entrepreneurial spirit, result-driven mindset, and the ability to manage ambiguity or disruptive situations.Strong communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analytics tools.How We Work TogetherWe believe that we are better together than apart.
