About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Lead to lead our paid media initiatives and drive high-quality lead generation across multiple channels. This role requires strong analytical and strategic thinking, hands-on campaign management experience, and the ability to lead a team in executing performance-driven campaigns that maximize ROI and align with overall business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Online Strategy DevelopmentPlan, execute, and continuously optimize online strategy across Google Ads (SEM), Meta, TikTok, and other relevant channels to drive quality leads and maximize ROI.Develop and maintain the annual marketing calendar in alignment with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.Ensure timely and efficient campaign execution by delegating tasks, setting clear objectives, and monitoring progress.Performance Reporting & AnalyticsAnalyze campaign data, measurement metrics, and overall performance to derive actionable business insights.Track and monitor key KPIs including page followers, lead volume, conversion rates, CPL, and CPA.Compile and prepare weekly reports with data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and maximize results.Budget ManagementOversee, manage and propose digital marketing budget to ensure the team spent efficiently and in line with projected ROAS.Team & Internal CommunicationLead and mentor a team of performance analysts, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented work environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Back Office, and Marketing) to ensure seamless campaign execution and accurate reporting.Coordinate with the Sales Department to ensure lead quality is monitored, validated, and optimized.What we're looking for: At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, preferably in a fast-paced industry.Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Proven track record of managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms with measurable results.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.Proficiency in campaign management and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager).Solid understanding of lead generation metrics, conversion funnels, CPL, CPA, and ROI optimization.Experience in guiding or mentoring a small team will be preferred.Experience in handle APAC and Latam Market will be preferred.Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with IT, BO, and other departments to ensure campaign success.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive under tight deadlines.Join our globally expanding company and grow with us as we continue to build a future of success, united by our core belief: In Trust We Succeed. #WeTrade #WeTradeHiring #InTrustWeTrade #InTrustWeSucceed #WeTradeJobOpening #PerformanceMarketingManager
