WorkBrand is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital channel efforts, with the core mission of achieving clear, measurable growth goals. This pivotal role demands deep expertise in managing outcome-focused digital campaigns to generate qualified leads for our services: Office Spaces, Business Development Consulting, Media Services, and Training Programs.Key Responsibilities:Performance Strategy Leadership: Develop, execute, and manage outcome-driven digital marketing strategies across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Retargeting).Budget Management and Optimization: Effectively manage the marketing budget to ensure the highest Return on Investment (ROI) and minimize the Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).Lead Generation: Design and launch sophisticated Lead Generation campaigns and continuously optimize conversion funnels to maximize the number of qualified leads.Analysis and Reporting: Conduct regular, in-depth analysis of campaign data (using Google Analytics, Ad Managers, and CRM) to identify trends, opportunities, and inform data-driven decisions to boost performance.Testing and Optimization (A/B Testing): Lead continuous A/B testing on landing pages, ad copy, creative assets, and target audiences.Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to ensure lead quality and seamless follow-up integration, and collaborate with the Media team for effective ad asset creation.Required Qualifications and Experience:Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a team lead or management capacity.Channel Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.Technical Analytics: Strong experience with Google Analytics (preferably GA4), Tag Management, and robust Conversion Tracking setup.Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to directly tie marketing spend to bottom-line business goals (Revenue Generation).Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English.Job Details:Employment Type: Full-time.Location: 72 Gameat Al Dewal Street – Mohandessin, Giza, Egypt.To Apply: Please send your resume, including specific examples of the ROI you achieved in previous campaigns, to: info@workbrand.orgWorkBrand www.workbrand.org | Tel: 01205193333 / +20 10 94620000
