Full-Time | Remote or HybridAbout The RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of inbound paid advertising strategy for our clients. This role blends strategic planning, creative direction, and campaign execution oversight — from the first client meeting to final performance reviews. You will design inbound ad strategies, select the right channels for each Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), brief creative and media buying teams, oversee campaign setup, and ensure that deliverables are on time and results meet expectations. Performance Tracking & Accountability Strategy & PlanningDevelop inbound paid advertising strategies tailored to each client's ICP and goalsSelect the most effective ad channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.

) based on audience and budgetCreate campaign roadmaps outlining objectives, KPIs, timelines, and deliverablesWrite creative briefs including design guidelines, scripts, and editing notes for image and video assetsWork with designers and video editors to ensure creative assets align with the strategy and brandReview and approve creative assets before campaign launchCommunicate campaign requirements to the media buyer for technical setupCoordinate timelines and deliverables across creative, media buying, and copywriting teamsEnsure all stakeholders are clear on expectations and deadlinesLead client presentations for strategy proposals, campaign updates, and performance reviewsGather client feedback and ensure it's implemented by the teamMaintain strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfactionMonitor campaign performance metrics and ensure results meet or exceed KPIsHold the media buyer and creative team accountable for performance and deliveryRecommend optimizations and strategy shifts based on resultsRequirementsProven experience in paid media strategy for inbound campaignsProven experience in Event Inbound ManagementStrong understanding of digital advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.

)Ability to create clear creative briefs and scripts for designers and video editorsExcellent project management and coordination skillsStrong client communication and presentation skillsData-driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and adjust strategiesExperience working with cross-functional teams (designers, editors, media buyers, copywriters)Nice-to-HaveExperience in B2B and B2C inbound marketingFamiliarity with marketing automation tools and CRMsUnderstanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practicesHow do you define a high-quality lead list for a campaignWhat's your process for cleaning and validating data before outreachHow do you decide which data points (e. g.
