GreyBird Pilot Academy, Kolind (Aarhus Airport), DenmarkDo you want to help shape the next generation of commercial pilots — and be the person who helps figure out where GreyBird should expand next?If you’re hands-on in Meta Ads Manager, enjoy structured testing, and can turn results into clear recommendations, we’d love to meet you.GreyBird Pilot Academy is growing internationally, and we’re looking for a Performance Marketing & Social Media Specialist to run paid social tests according to our growth journey across Europe. Your core mission will be to launch and optimize structured experiments in different markets to identify where we see the strongest demand and best potential for opening a new base. Alongside paid, you’ll help run our organic social presence — especially on Instagram and TikTok.Approximate split: 70–80% paid market testing / 20–30% organic social media.Your Role & ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing (Market Testing & Launch Experiments): 70–80%You will run our market testing loop end-to-end (execution + learning), primarily in Meta.Launch and manage paid campaigns in new European markets (Meta Ads as the primary channel)Build simple test structures: hypotheses, budgets, budget forecasts, timelines, KPIs, and what we need to learn per marketDevelop and iterate campaign concepts, hooks, messaging, and creatives across funnel stagesProduce and optimize short-form video ads and creative variations based on performance insightsRun structured testing (creative, audiences, formats, landing page angles) and continuously improve resultsTrack performance and learnings in Excel / Google Sheets (e.g., CPL/CAC, conversion rates, lead quality signals, cost curves)Support landing page setup/iterations in Webflow / WordPress to improve conversion and local relevanceTurn results into recommendations: which markets to double down on, what to test next, and what a “successful” market looks likeOrganic Social Media (Content & Community): 20–30%You’ll help keep GreyBird active, relevant, and authentic on social — and make sure paid and organic strengthen each other.Run GreyBird’s organic presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn (focus on Instagram & TikTok)Plan and publish content aligned with our social media strategy and brand toneCreate and edit short-form content using tools like CapCut, Canva, Instagram Edits (or similar)Spot trends and formats and translate them into content that fits a modern pilot academySupport community management (comments/DMs)Use learnings from paid (best hooks/angles) to inform organic content, and vice versaNice-to-have experienceIf you have experience with these areas it is a huge plus, but not required:Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat AdsBasic conversion tracking setup/debugging (Pixel/events)Experience with localized messaging or multi-market testingExperience with AIWho you areYou have ~1 year of experience with performance marketing and/or social media (agency or in-house)You’re comfortable running campaigns independently day-to-day and escalating when neededYou like structured testing and can explain results in a simple, actionable wayYou combine creative instincts with analytical thinkingYou enjoy moving fast: building variations, learning, and iterating weeklyYou’re comfortable communicating in English (many colleagues are international)A genuine interest in aviation is a plusWhat we offerHigh autonomy and trust, with room to shape both strategy and executionA strong, ambitious, and supportive sales and marketing teamAn informal culture with open dialogue across the organizationOngoing sparring with the Head of Marketing and CCO, where your insights are actively usedThe opportunity to work internationally and build both performance and community across multiple European marketsFlexible working conditions and room for personal and professional developmentSalary & PensionFor the sake of transparency and to respect everyone’s time, we have outlined the compensation package for this position below:Monthly salary: DKK 30,000Pension scheme: 8% paid by GreyBird and 4% contributed by the employeeHealth insurance coverage: Included as part of the employment packageAbout GreyBird Pilot AcademyGreyBird Pilot Academy is one of Europe’s most ambitious pilot academies.
