In your humble opinion, The National Park Service admin should really be in charge of the country. Notion’s product videos? Love them. Surreal’s billboards? Hang them in the Louvre. We’re looking for a Social Media and Community Manager (yes, you!) to make sure that as many nursery and childcare owners, directors, and parents know that Famly is the only brand to listen to on social.Famly is building the world’s most collaborative Early Childhood Platform - software for the adults in a young child’s life to connect, share their workload, and learn about early childhood. Basically, Famly makes life easier for educators and families so that they can get back to what matters.By heading up social and community management at Famly you’ll be working with our talented team of content creators, designers and copywriters to make Famly the most famous voice in early childhood on social. But you’ll also be a fiery team of one, making videos, driving our tone of voice, and annoying everyone in the company by shoving your iphone in their face every other minute. You’ll be working closely with our customer support team to ensure our unique customer community Village, is a place where great conversations happen, too. This is an opportunity to really take full mandate of a meaningful company’s social accounts and make them your own.With regards to location, we’d really love you to join Famly here at our Copenhagen HQ.And if you're not here already, perhaps you're keen to move to the second happiest country in the world?What you'll be doing:Make, write, shoot and post lots of great content that engages our audience across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.Continue to drive our podcast (The Tiny Chair Podcast) to be one of the most popular EY content brands on social.Work with our People team to grow our employer brand on LinkedIn.Work with the rest of the Brand team to define our social and channel strategy so we know where we show up and how.Exploring influencer relationships together with our paid team, experimenting on what this could mean for Famly.Coordinate more ambitious content with our videographer, designer, content creator, and copywriting colleagues.Community manage our incredibly popular owned community Village, making it a vibrant place full of great EY conversation (while leaving the support questions on there to our customer teams).Proactively engage with the community so we comment, and become a part of the conversations on all the biggest accounts in our space.Share insights and ideas with our content creators based on the conversations and topics you’re seeing on social.Working with the rest of the brand and comms team on PR strategy for big campaigns.Staying on top of key social metrics, including reporting to the rest of the marketing team on progress.No boring B2B SaaS posts please.You’ll thrive in this role if you:Have a deep passion for social media and the impact it can have.Feel incredibly excited about mixing that passion for an interest or curiosity in the importance of a child’s early years.Have 2-3 years experience working on social for a brand or as a solo accountAre a funny, talented copywriterAble to shoot, edit and produce short form video shot on phoneExcellent communicator and relationship builder (read: good at convincing people to film stupid stuff)Basic graphic design skillsUnderstand and practised on all platforms, including knowing what good looks likeMake good memesAre perennially onlineAre more likely to go too far than not go far enoughHave a massive bias for action and getting stuff doneAmbitious and high agency in the way you go about your work.And it’d be even better if you:Have experience or knowledge about early childhood education and childcareWhile we’d love someone who has experience in the arena doing this type of work, we appreciate that everyone brings something unique.
