Digital is our skill.Below is the list of the least requirements that we believe an Performance Marketing Specialist (Mid/Jr) already covers:Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok & YoutubeCreate and manage accounts connected to ad networks such as Google Merchant Center.Develop dynamic reports using Looker Studio and other analytics tools.Manage and optimize successful marketing campaigns, ensuring performance goals are met.Work with programmatic advertising strategies (experience in this area is a plus).Provide weekly updates, progress reports, and insights to managers.Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams for seamless campaign execution.Requirements:2+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Keynote.Experience with Zoom, ClickMeeting, and other online communication tools.Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).Interest in social media, digital trends, and emerging technologies.Ability to thrive in a startup environment with a proactive, hands-on approach.A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.Strong communication and presentation skills.Persuasive and ambitious attitude, with a talent for influencing others.Why you'll love working with us✨ Time for What Matters – We know life happens, and sometimes you need a break.
