Responsibilities • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across key channels such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other ad networks. • Continuously perform A/B testing and identify new growth opportunities based on campaign results.• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. • Develop and implement optimization strategies based on data insights. • Collaborate closely with the creative team to share performance insights and support the creation of new ad creatives. • Provide data-driven analysis and actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role (experience in Mobile Apps preferred). • Hands-on experience with major performance marketing platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. • Knowledge of Google UAC, Facebook Ads, and Apple Search Ads. • Strong understanding of key digital marketing metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, CPI, and Retention. • Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools such as Firebase, Appsflyer, and Google Analytics. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to interpret complex data sets. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Creative, practical, and solution-oriented approach to problem solving. • Self-motivated, open-minded, and a strong team player. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
