You’ll also have access to ongoing training and development, keeping your skills sharp and your career moving forward.What you’ll doYou'll plan, launch and manage paid campaigns across multiple social media platforms, giving you hands-on experience with some of the most advanced targeting and optimisation tools available.Day-to-day, you’ll be fine-tuning campaigns - adjusting targeting, bidding, budgets and placements to squeeze out the best performance. You’ll run A/B tests on creatives and audiences, helping you sharpen your testing and optimisation skills.Working closely with the creative team, you’ll ensure assets perform as well as possible, and you’ll use your insights to suggest new ideas, formats and approaches to keep campaigns fresh and effective.You’ll also prepare performance reports, sharing key insights and recommendations that will shape future strategies and help you build your data storytelling skills.What you’ll needAt least 4 years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a track record of driving high-performing campaigns.Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads, so you can hit the ground running.Great analytical skills, allowing you to optimise campaigns against business KPIs and draw insights from performance data.Bonus points for: experience growing a B2B or fintech product, using PowerBI or similar tools, running campaigns across multiple countries and languages.About our ClientA fast-growing fintech platform that’s changing how small businesses manage money.
