I’m helping Above Zero find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Performance Media Strategist.You'll drive cutting-edge digital strategies and optimize campaigns across diverse platforms.Compensation:HiddenLocation:Remote: ColombiaMission of Above Zero:"At Above Zero, we are committed to transforming complex data into actionable insights, enabling our clients "What makes you a strong candidate:You are proficient in TikTok Ads Manager, The Trade Desk, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.You have +4 years experience in Programmatic advertising, Paid social media, Paid search.English - Fully fluentResponsibilities and more:Core responsibilities:* Plan, launch, and optimize programmatic display and video campaigns in DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, Adelphic, Teads).* Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid strategies, and landing page optimization.* Implement negative keyword strategies and run A/B tests to improve CTR and conversion rates.* Build and manage campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other emerging platforms.* Utilize audience targeting, creative testing, and bidding strategies to achieve client KPIs.* Monitor pacing, budgets, and performance daily, making proactive optimizations.* Execute audience segmentation, creative rotation, and testing strategies to maximize engagement and ROI.* Develop integrated media plans aligned with client goals and budgets across channels.* Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, applying cross-channel learnings to enhance results.* Stay informed on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging opportunities, sharing knowledge with the team.* Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports with key insights and actionable recommendations.* Collaborate with account managers, creatives, and analytics teams to ensure strategy alignment and seamless execution.ExpertiseRequired qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.* 4+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic, paid search, and/or paid social.* Proven ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for ROI.* Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).Preferred qualifications:* Agency experience with multi-client portfolios.* Experience in cross-channel budget allocation and advanced testing methodologies.* Familiarity with emerging platforms (TikTok Ads, CTV).
