With over 100 years of experience, we have helped communities worldwide improve personal and professional well-being.Role DescriptionAs a Performance Solutions Consultant, you won’t just sell — you’ll shape lives. This role is designed for those who are passionate about people, driven by purpose, and inspired to help organizations and individuals unlock their full potential through training and development.You’ll work closely with corporate decision-makers (HR, L&D, C-suite) to understand their people challenges and recommend Dale Carnegie programs that drive measurable impact — from communication to leadership, from mindset change to developing others.Key Responsibilities- Build and manage client relationships with HR, L&D, and business leaders.- Conduct needs assessments to uncover organizational development or performance gaps.- Propose suitable Dale Carnegie programs and solutions (custom or off-the-shelf).- Coordinate with internal teams (learners' experience, trainers, logistics) to deliver seamless client experience.- Drive new client acquisition and contribute to revenue growth targets.- Follow up on learning impact and client feedback for continuous value delivery.You Might be a fit if You...Are a fresh graduate (in HR, Business, Communication or related field) with strong communication and leadership experience (clubs, volunteering, event planning) OR have 1–3 years’ experience in sales, HRD, client service, or corporate training.Are a confident communicator and a natural relationship-builder.Enjoy solving real business problems, not just closing deals.Thrive in a performance-driven yet purpose-led environment.Are curious, coachable, and eager to grow — both personally and professionally.
