Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Consultant based in Kuala Lumpur. The Service Consultant will handle day-to-day customer interactions, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include assisting with memberships, providing consultations to guide clients in achieving their fitness goals, addressing inquiries or concerns, and promoting services. The role also involves analyzing member feedback to provide suggestions for improving customer experiences. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to assist members and ensure a positive experienceEffective Communication and Consulting abilities for guiding clients through fitness plans and club offeringsAnalytical Skills to assess and utilize customer feedback for continuous improvementAbility to work effectively in an on-site team environment at the Kuala Lumpur locationEnthusiasm for health and fitness, with previous experience in a customer-facing or fitness-related role preferred
