Performance Test Analyst

We are seeking a Performance Test Analyst with a strong collaborative mindset and proven experience in complex technical environments. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise systems through rigorous testing practices.---Key Responsibilities• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contributing to discussions and embracing feedback.• Design, plan, and execute performance, integration, and manual testing for highly complex systems.• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts for performance and integration testing.• Utilize tools such as Apache JMeter, Docker, and Google Puppeteer for performance and automation testing.• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues quickly, adapting to changing priorities.• Communicate test results and insights clearly to stakeholders through reports and documentation.• Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices.• Work onsite for a minimum of three days per week.---Essential Skills & Experience• Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.• 3+ years hands-on experience in Integration Testing.• 3+ years hands-on experience in Manual Testing within complex technical environments.• 5+ years hands-on experience in Performance Testing.• 3+ years experience with Apache JMeter, Docker, and Google Puppeteer.• 3+ years experience in Performance Test Planning.---Highly Desirable• ISTQB-F certification.• 1+ year hands-on experience with Workday or any FIN and/or HCM modules.• Experience with Atlassian JIRA and SmartBear Zephyr for test case management.• Familiarity with Atlassian Confluence for documentation.---Desirable• ISTQB-ATTA certification.• Experience in Higher Education environments.• Ability to leverage SQL, XML, JSON for testing purposes.• Familiarity with AI tools for generating draft test scenarios and cases.• Understanding of SAFe Agile 6.0 framework.
