Performance Tester

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Performance Tester to join our Global Banking Delivery Operations (GBDO) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure system reliability, scalability, and responsiveness across critical banking applications.Functional SkillsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Performance Tester, preferably within banking or financial domains.Proven track record as a performance test engineer managing end-to-end test cycles.Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (LRE, JMeter, Controller, etc.).Strong understanding of parameterization, correlation, encryption/decryption scripting.Ability to analyze monitoring reports for hardware/software utilization.Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills across multiple levels.Experience working in SDLC and Agile frameworks.Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and time management skills.Technical SkillsStrong analytical and logical thinking capabilities.Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and database systems (Oracle, MySQL, etc.).Familiar with Unix, WebLogic, WebSphere, or similar platforms.Experience in interpreting system performance KPIs and optimizing performance outcomes.
