TTM stands for time-to-market, representing how TTM's time-critical, one-stop manufacturing services enable customers to shorten the time required to develop new products and bring them to market.Additional information can be found at www.ttm.comKey ResponsibilitiesPlease fill in the key responsibilities at least 5 items (also can be over 8 items) based on priorities.Lead and develop the Process Quality Engineering team to support manufacturing quality objectivesManage IPQA inspectors and supervisors to ensure effective execution of in-process quality controlsOversee MRB activities, including timely review, disposition, and documentation of non-conforming materials and products. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Quality, Production, Engineering, and Planing teamPrepare reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesLead and continuously drive improvement programs to achieve quality targetsEducation, Qualification RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus. Must be an effective communicator with proven ability to communicate complex information and concepts with clarity Should possess a flexible approach to problem-solving, be an adept negotiator, and be effective in trouble-shooting problems, issues, and/or conflicts Proven ability to establish collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize, manage multiple projects and tasks, and have great attention to detail The ideal candidate is highly ethical, flexible, action- and goal- orientedWorking Experience RequirementsMinimum 7–10 years of experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environmentAt least 3–5 years of leadership experience managing quality engineers or inspection teamsStrong experience with MRB handling and in-process quality systemsSkills And Knowledge Requirements (If Any)Solid knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, SPC, 8D, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, etc.). Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other quality management systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional leadership.
