Permitting Consultant/Specialist

Job Purpose:To coordinate with PE consultants and local authorities to ensure all B2S sites have valid permits in line with agreed SLAs. Additionally, to support site acquisition (SAQ) activities as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all B2S sites are properly permitted by local authorities in accordance with service level agreements.Collaborate with Project Managers (PMs), Field Technical Coordinators (FTCs), and PE firms to ensure complete and compliant documentation, submissions, and approvals.Stay updated on industry developments and local council guidelines, and communicate changes to internal stakeholders and external consultants.Advise the Head of Engineering & Implementation on regulatory requirements and compliance processes.Ensure full compliance with rollout-related matters in ISAAC.Track and report progress weekly using the approved tracking template.Undertake special projects or tasks as assigned by the Head of Engineering & Implementation.Assist with site acquisition matters, particularly in resolving landlord-related issues.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field.Minimum of 10 years’ experience in infrastructure development and/or property management.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Application DetailsInterested candidates may send their application to: 📧 hexa.recruitment@hexamatics.com.my🗓️ Closing Date: 04 November 2025
