We are looking for staff who are committed to supporting people with disabilities and their families, in a person centred, community based, socially inclusive manner in accordance with our mission and national standards, underpinned by quality and best practice and research.Person in Charge Specified Purpose Contract 9months to 1 year 35 Hours Per Week An opportunity has arisen in our Residential Service for a person in charge role. The Person in Charge will co-ordinate and lead in the implementation and provision of quality care consistent with the organisation's ethos and values, in a safe, respectful, empathetic, and person-centred manner that promotes inclusion in community life. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring HIQA standards and regulations standards are adhered to.Essential RequirementsQualification Possess a BA (Ord) in Social Care Practice (Level 7 on the QQI framework). Or Be registered in the Intellectual Division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by Bord Altranais agus Cnaimhseachais na hEireann (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland) or be entitled to be so registeredANDAppropriate management qualification in health or social care management.
