This global Financial organisation have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Personal Assistant to support Senior Partners within the Audit and Assurance department in their Dublin office. You will provide support and assistance to Audit and Assurance Partners and key members of their team, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.If you are looking to develop your career in a fast-paced, professional, and global firm, then this position is for youWhat does the position entail?Act as a gatekeeper / first point of contact for their partnersPA to partners and provision of administrative support to key members of their teamDiary management and planning through prioritisation of appointmentsReceiving calls and dealing with clients and colleagues in a professional mannerOrganising internal and external meetingsMaintenance of client contact information within CRM systemMaintaining templates for key client documentsManaging all correspondenceMinute-taking at key team meetingsPreparation of presentation slides and material using PowerPointBusiness continuity planningAssist with coordination and management of special projects, as requiredVarious ad-hoc administration dutiesWhat skills will the successful candidate have?Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive issues with discretion.Minimum of 3-5 years pervious experience in a similar role and similar environment.Proficiency in MS Office packages.High level of attention to detail (critical to success in the role).Ability to work effectively as part of a team, while also showing initiative.Professional and articulate communication at all levels.Strong client focus.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Flexibility and adaptability to take on new tasks and responsibilities.Please reach out to Anne Marie in Lex Consultancy today
