With us, you’ll find a truly stimulating environment that blends the talent, ambition, dedication and strong leadership! We are hiring a brilliant Personal Assistant for our Dubai’s Office. The candidate will take care of supporting the managing partner and other lawyers in all the activities of their competence, both with reference to aspects relating to customers and related relationships, and with reference to "internal" activities, including by way of example: All-round management of the commitments of the reference partner also through direct contact with customers and / or other interlocutors, monitoring, updating and timely compilation of the IT agenda;Management of phone calls by timely taking charge of the same;Organization and management of meetings (whether physical or virtual), including the preparation of related material, booking of the meeting room;All-round organization and management of business trips;Management of daily personal (including family) and corporate matters of the managing partner;Computer and paper archiving of all documentation concerning the practices;Preparing the meeting rooms for meetings with clients and taking care of the office;Preparation of supporting documents like engagement letters, business development presentations, etc.Insertion of the hours worked (time-sheet) and of the workloads of professionals according to the deadlines from time to time provided for by the BonelliErede policies and / or prompt reminder to their professionals to take care of them personally (always according to the deadlines mentioned above);Activities of invoicing and closing of the system file;Collection, reorganization, preparation and all-round management of the professional's expense reports;Medical insurances for the managing partner (and his family) and the other lawyers, as well as obtain/renewal of visas, renewal of trade license of the office and other related approvals (DLAD license, AML, DFSA, etc.).Any other activity typical of and expected by a high level personal assistant of a managing partner and of an international law firm.Skills Deep experience supporting or ability to support senior managementExcellent organizational and time management skills: ability to multi-task with efficiency and accuracy under high pressureSuperb interpersonal skills: ability to establish and maintain positive working relationshipsExcellent command of English, a good command of Italian would be a plusPositive, ‘can do’ attitudeProactive, flexible approach to timing and tasks to be doneDeep knowledge of Dubai environment and in particular of DIFCOur selection process1) CV submission – by clicking on the ‘Submit your application/Apply now’ button on the website or on LinkedIn;2) Initial screening by HR – with contact made by phone or email;3) One or two interviews (max. 1 hour) at the Dubai office or via Teams;4) Job offer or feedback on your application.BonelliErede guarantees that all applicants are treated fairly and equally and are given equal opportunities in the selection process by preventing and counteracting all forms of discrimination based on personal beliefs, gender, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, health status, nationality, political and labour opinions, religious beliefs, or any other reason.BonelliErede promotes an inclusive, participatory and collaborative culture based on ethics, respect and trust by valuing the human resources it employs and ensuring their professional and personal development through the cultivation of their talents.
