It is a business partner position where your ideas matter, rapid growth happens, and every day brings new energy.This role offers a rare chance to gain direct exposure to entrepreneurship, high-level decision-making, and multi-industry expansion.Location: LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre, Kuala LumpurSalary: RM7,500 – RM9,500 per month (based on experience) ResponsibilitiesAct as the Founder's right hand, ensuring everything runs like clockworkCoordinate daily commitments, schedules, meetings, and fast-changing travel plansManage confidential communication and correspondence with absolute integrityWork cross-functionally with teams from media, retail, and travel operationsSupport exciting business initiatives, partnerships, collaborations, and eventsConduct research, market intelligence, and competitor benchmarking to fuel strategic decisionsPrepare insightful reports, presentations, and analysis for business growthHandle both business and personal matters with professionalism and proactive careQualificationsDiploma/Degree in Business, Management, or related field5–8 years’ experience supporting senior leaders or entrepreneursA sharp eye for details, a head for business analytics, and a heart for making things happenStrong English proficiency; Mandarin a bonus in liaising with business communitiesTech-savvy with modern productivity toolsQuick-thinking, adaptable, trustworthy, and comfortable managing complex prioritiesThe confidence to anticipate needs before they arise
