About The JobThe personal assistant will assist our Managing Director with his daily business and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will work close together with our head of departments as well as our external consultants and service providers.ResponsibilitiesAssist the MD with daily and personal tasksGathering reports from head of departments and consultants.Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and necessary documents for briefings and reports.Organization and documentation of meetingsReport writing for grants, partners, financial institutionsContent creation for Website and social media in cooperation with our PR and communication agentCreate presentations and marketing related information.Manage filing systems, office supplies, and related administrative resources.Support planning and coordination of company events, meetings, and workshops.Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.RequirementsLiving near or willing to relocate to Kisemvule - Mkuranga District.Diploma or Degree in economics, communication, marketing or any related fieldMinimum three year's experience in either agro-business (farmer groups, buyers, traders, transporters, input suppliers or processors) or trade and export related fieldsProven communication skills and ability to effectively communicate – verbal & writtenAdvanced social media and marketing skillsCar driving licenseAdvanced computer skills (MS-Office including MS-Excel)Apply now
