🚨 We’re Hiring: Personal AssistantMohamed Abousamra Designs — a leading architecture and interior design company in Egypt — is looking for a Personal Assistant to support the executive office and ensure smooth coordination across daily operations.We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive individual who can manage schedules, communication, and administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining the company’s high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and organize the executive’s daily calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.Maintain filing systems, client records, and project documentation.Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.Support general office administration, including inventory and supplier coordination.Uphold a professional image as the first point of contact for the company.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative role (preferably in architecture, design, or corporate environments).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic & English.Professional appearance, reliability, and attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.📍 Location: New Cairo, Egypt🕒 Employment Type: Full-timeJoin Mohamed Abousamra Designs and be part of a visionary team dedicated to transforming ideas into spaces that inspire, elevate, and endure.
