Location: Ho Chi MinhExpired date: 31/12/2025Team: Business DevelopmentAbout UrboxUrBox is Vietnam’s leading digital gifting & loyalty platform that enables businesses to integrate their reward & loyalty programs with an ever-growing network of more than 350 brands & 20,000 accepted online and offline stores in Vietnam.UrBox has the widest network of clients in loyalty in Vietnam and provides loyalty & reward solutions to many big organizations in the aviation, banking, FMCG, Insurance, Real Estate industries and more.Key Responsibilities Administrative & Office SupportManage and organize the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and appointments.Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and business trips (booking flights, hotels, transportation, etc.).Prepare meeting agendas, arrange meeting rooms, and ensure necessary materials are ready.Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for easy access.Manage office-related tasks such as ordering supplies, arranging deliveries, and handling administrative requests. Personal Support to CEOAssist with personal appointments when required.Support in scheduling private events or travel itineraries.Manage payments, bookings, and expenses related to the CEO’s personal needs (if assigned).Ensure the CEO’s day-to-day life and work schedule are well balanced and organized. Communication & CoordinationServe as the contact point between the CEO and internal departments.Communicate effectively with team members to follow up on tasks or deliver information from the CEO.Greet and host guests, clients, and business partners in a professional manner.
