Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Petaling Jaya for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Personal Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks including managing the CEO’s diary, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and providing executive administrative support. The role involves clerical tasks and assisting with the CEO’s personal and professional obligations. Qualifications Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skillsPersonal Assistance and Diary Management skillsClerical skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience in a similar role is preferred
