Who You AreForward thinking, with excellent attention to detail.Organised and efficient with excellent written and verbal communication.Interested in retail and fashion and business adjacent world: art, restaurants, travel.Enjoys working within a fast-paced team.The RoleA personal assistant to one co-founder:Managing diary for work and personal meetings and appointments.Arranging travel – hotels, car hire, transport, flights, and building detailed travel schedule.Booking restaurants for client dinners etc and managing the entire process.Printing and collating weekly and monthly key documents: trade, finance etc.Helping with key clients: birthdays, gifts, dinners etc.Work with Finance team to process any monthly expenses.Supporting throughout the day on anything that is needed.Support on key emails to ensure nothing important is missed.Ad hoc support of the wider office operations team.Ad hoc personal tasks – supporting on any personal admin.
