Personal assistant to the DirectorRole descriptionI’m looking for a part-time Personal Assistant in London who has experience supporting a busy single parent with 2 young children and managing the rhythm of a family life. Someone who is naturally proactive, highly organised and communicates clearly, with the confidence to think ahead around diaries, children’s schedules, finance, travel planning and general household needs.Experience working directly with an individual or a family (rather than a corporate environment) is really important. Good The role includes things like researching travel and children’s clothing. Spanish language skills are also helpful, as split my time with Spain and there will be some Spanish paperwork involved.The hours could suit someone who prefers school-time working or is looking for a flexible part-time role.Approx. 15 hours a week£25 per hour Role requirementsExperience & industry insightProven PA or admin experience, comfortable supporting a client who has an ever-changing schedule, personally and professionally. Scope of workGeneral responsibilitiesBook personal appointments for the director and familyDairy & Schedule management Manage email communication on queries for household management, i.e., school, lawyers, accountants, etc.Create systems for general processes as well as adapt to current ones. Household management Liaise with housecare & childcareCar maintenance organisation Ad hoc request & schedulingPersonal finance management Salary & tax payments Personal budget Payment management Receipt recordingPersonal shoppingChildren's clothes, toys and giftsCollection and returns Track shipmentsManage Vinted Travel organisation Organise for personal, business, children and family Check in flights and collate boarding passesBe on-call to make any travel changes and cancellations Create itineraries when required Manage renewalsSubscriptions (Household, entertainment)Insurance (car, club memberships, health, home)Children's needs, i.e., school fees Documentation, i.e, Passports
