Personal Assistant to the PrincipalLondon + Hybrid WorkingPermanent, Full timeWe’re delighted to be supporting our client, a private household and family office, in the search for an exceptional Personal Assistant to the Principal. This is a truly varied, relationship-driven role supporting the smooth running of the Principal’s daily life, properties, travel and personal affairs across the UK and Europe.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy keeping active lives running seamlessly behind the scenes, and bring warmth, proactivity and absolute discretion to your work — this could be a fantastic next step.About the Role:As the Principal’s dedicated Personal Assistant, you’ll be the trusted first point of contact for everything relating to his personal world: household coordination, diary management, travel, communication, and ensuring his homes and family life are organised and supported.You’ll work closely with the Investment Administrator on both personal and business-related tasks, liaising with domestic staff in London and overseas (including the nanny), and making sure all arrangements are joined-up and well planned.This is a hands-on, highly involved role that requires confidence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. No two days will look the same.What You’ll Be Doing:Personal SupportManaging day-to-day organisation for the Principal, ensuring his schedule, priorities and personal commitments run smoothly. Working in partnership with the Investment Administrator to coordinate personal and business diaries.Liaising with the nanny and organising all children-related arrangements (appointments, activities, schedules). Handling personal payments, subscriptions, invoices, and household-related expenses. Managing a high volume of communication — particularly via WhatsApp — and ensuring the Principal is fully briefed.Organising travel across the UK and internationally (flights, transfers, accommodation, itineraries). Running day-to-day errands, organising gifts, bookings, and personal admin. Coordinating visits to the Principal’s London residence, ensuring the home is ready and that logistics are well planned.Household and Property CoordinationOverseeing the smooth running of properties in London, Ibiza, France and other international locations.Liaising with House Managers, domestic staff and external contractors to ensure homes are maintained to the highest standard. Working with the Systems Integration Manager on technology such as security systems, AV and smart home controls. Tracking maintenance needs and ensuring work is completed efficiently and professionally.Relationship ManagementBuilding strong relationships with domestic staff, suppliers, contractors and property teams.Supporting communication where English may not be the first language — Spanish is essential and French is highly desirable.Acting as a trusted, discreet point of contact for the Principal, ensuring information is handled sensitively, clearly and promptly.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: You’ll bring experience, maturity, and a calm, solutions-focused approach to every situation. You’ll be someone who quietly makes things happen, spots what needs to be done long before it lands on the to-do list, and takes pride in creating order, structure and ease for others. We’re looking for someone who has:Proven experience as a Private PA supporting an HNW individual, UHNW household or private family office.Fluency in Spanish (essential).Fluency in French (desirable).Exceptional organisational and logistical skills. A proactive, anticipatory mindset and the confidence to work autonomously. Unquestionable discretion and professionalism. Strong communication skills and a warm, personable approach. The ability to stay calm when plans change — and they frequently will. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. The ability to build positive working relationships with household staff and external partners.A driving licence is helpful, but not essential.What’s on Offer:Competitive salary based on skills and experience.
