Duties & ResponsibilitiesMonitors social media trends and cultural opportunitiesSupport social listening strategy and tactics across various web entitiesAid content and social media team in campaign and evergreen asset planning and creationDevelop asset briefs, support briefings and input creative requests to copywriters and production team(s)Support team on live commerce video initiatives by working with cross-functional partners gather products, promotional offers and be day-of support during the productionSupports owned ambassador program by tracking outreach responses, contract progress and seeding productPublish content through Petco’s CMS (AEM), social media scheduling platform (Sprinklr) and native platformsPulls monthly and campaign-level channel data from Sprinklr, Adobe Analytics and native platforms to inform reportingMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or another related field.

3+ years’ experience in content marketing and/or social media or equivalent combination or education and experience. Superior relationship-building skillsAbility to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease and comfortExperience with CMS (preference on Adobe Experience Manager)Experience with social media scheduling platforms (preference with Sprinklr)Advance knowledge of native social media platforms Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.
