We are dedicated to improving health through science-backed products, and our office in Flensburg is a small and skilled team that plays a crucial role in our operations across Germany. The Role: As an Office Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing and processing incoming orders efficiently and accurately.

Providing customer service via phone and email, addressing inquiries, managing orders, and fulfilling requests for materials or information. Preparing and sending invoices. Assisting with event coordination, including participant registration and post-event follow-up. Maintaining and updating customer databases and lists. Handling phone calls, incoming mail, and supporting other general administrative tasks as needed. Workplace and further information: Our German office is located at Schiffbrückstraße 6, 24937 Flensburg. This is a full-time on-site role with no option for remote work. QualificationsWe seek candidates who are comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks and enjoy interacting with customers. Key Qualifications:

Organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and OpenOffice. Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone. Fluency in German and solid English skills.
