Pharmaceutical Market Research Analyst (M/F)

We collaborate with tier one pharmaceuticals companies and foundations to improve Global Health through new therapeutic options.We are seeking a strategic and analytical Market Research Analyst to support our leadership team in evaluating internal and external assets, identifying growth opportunities, and informing strategic decisions. This role spans multiple therapeutic areas and geographies (US, EU, RoW, Global Health), and plays a key role in shaping our business development and market access strategies.Keys responsibilitiesBusiness InsightsResearch, analyze and report on primary market trends and their growth drivers to identify new opportunities for LAI developments.Conduct market research and in-depth analysis to help Business Development and Executive teams to assess potential opportunities.Produce commercial forecast to inform long-range planning, milestones and strategic decisions, and business development opportunities.Ensure proactive recommendations on potential opportunities assessed.Competitive IntelligenceCollect, organize and analyze the competitive lanscape across therapeutic areas and geographies.Market AccessIdentify potential Market Access barriers in order to de-risk future projects/opportunities including pricing, reimbursement, access limitations…Profile & QualificationsUniversity degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field.3–5 years of experience in market research, business intelligence, or strategic analysis within the pharmaceutical industry.Experience in early-phase drug development and/or market access is a strong plus.Proven ability to work in international, cross-functional teams.Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.Attractive Package: 💼 Competitive base salary💰 Bonus and profit-sharing📈 Free shares granted every year 🩺 Health insurance (50% covered by Medincell)🍽️ Meal vouchers (€9/day, 60% covered by Medincell)🏋️‍♂️ On-site fitness and yoga sessions with a coach, four times a week🎉 Monthly events and afterworks🕒 Highly flexible working hours and remote work policy!Medincell is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace.
