Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Colombo District for a Pharmacist and Incharge Pharmacy. The individual will be responsible for dispensing medications, ensuring the accuracy of prescriptions, supervising pharmacy technicians, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, counseling patients regarding usage and side effects, and ensuring the efficient operation of the pharmacy. Qualifications Expertise in Pharmacy Practice, Pharmacy, and Prescription managementExperience working with Pharmacy Technicians and supervising their tasksKnowledge of Immunization procedures and protocolsStrong organizational and leadership skills to manage pharmacy operationsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related fieldLicensure as a Pharmacist in Sri LankaExcellent communication and patient counseling skillsPrevious experience in pharmacy or healthcare management roles is an advantage
