There are no requirements for overnight or on-call shifts for pharmacists at the Brant Community Healthcare System.Primary ResponsibilitiesSafety (patient, worker & workplace) is a BCHS Corporate Priority. The successful applicant will demonstrate good stewardship in the identification, reporting and mitigation of unsafe acts or conditions.Mandatory QualificationsBachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree.Licensed (Part A) Pharmacist in the Province of OntarioExperience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy environment preferredCore CompetenciesExcellent communication, analytical and time-management skillsDemonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently and as a team member in a fast-pace, challenging environment.
