Job SummaryPlans and manages the Hospitals Warehouse Activities as per the National/International Quality StandardsDuties & Responsibilities:Assists Corporate Supply Chain Director in executing supply chain strategies and plans across assigned Country.Undertakes overall responsibility and accountability for the management, control and administration of the Company's Warehouses within the assigned Country.Provides adequate and timely feedback to Corporate Office on achievements/deficiencies/market trends; and challenges together with recommendations and insights on issues in order to support the decision-making process to protect the overall interest and the profitability of Magrabi Group.Monitors warehouse staff performance at all levels within the assigned country and schedules training as required.Manages warehouse transactions and oversee daily operations.Enforces all company rules and policies.Ensures a high degree of detail and focus on every job.Manages customer service requests promptly and resolves issues quickly.Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; follows up on work results.Manages maintaining receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom on system.Manages receiving, unloading, and shelving supplies.Manages other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, labeling supplies & expiry dates tracking.Manages inspecting deliveries for damage or discrepancies and reports those record keeping.Manages the disposal of materials & system updates after receiving required approvals.Ensures adequate record keeping and manages all documentation to confirm proper stock levels.Manages coordination of the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs.Ensures maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment according to quality guideline.Executes ad hoc exercises assigned from Corporate Supply Chain Director.Qualifications:1.1 Bachelor’s degree of Pharmaceutical is a must.1.2 Minimum 3 Years' experience in Warehouse Management.1.3 Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and store management1.4 Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment1.5 Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations.1.6 Excellent written and verbal communication skills1.7 Skills to operate common office equipment & Computer systems.
