Apex Health Iraq is seeking a motivated Pharmacy Supervisor to join our team in Karbala. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising daily pharmacy operations, ensuring adherence to professional standards, and promoting safe and effective medication use throughout the facility.Key Responsibilities: Supervise pharmacy operations and personnel to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with established policiesOversee medication dispensing, storage, and inventory controlEnsure compliance with national regulations and international standardsSupport and coordinate clinical pharmacy activities and medication safety initiativesParticipate in staff training, competency assessmentsContribute to audits, performance reviews, and quality improvement initiatives within the departmentQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in PharmacyMinimum 3–5 years of hospital pharmacy experience, including at least 1 years in a supervisory roleExperience in oncology pharmacy workflow or operations is an assetStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
