This role is extremely important, as it will work as part of the Patient Care leadership team. The Engagement Center Lead Pharmacy Technician will be expected to lead by example, driving the importance of living our Core Values and delivering on our Patient Promise.The Lead Pharmacy Technician, Engagement Center roles were in tandem of ExactCare's shift to a unified team with the Centers of Excellence. These individuals will serve as the subject matter expert of the engagement center. They will work alongside the Pharmacy Managers to drive and support department efficiencies. In this role, the expectation is to act as a leader. This includes, but is not limited to, living by example and supporting company and department goals.
