What You'll DoAs a strategic partner to our leadership teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in building an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing organization. People Strategy & Business PartneringCollaborate with leaders to develop and execute functional strategies with strong people levers. Adapt global P&C strategies to local needs, driving business success through talent and organizational effectiveness. Frame people challenges as business opportunities and deploy impactful solutions.

Organization Effectiveness & Change ManagementLead the deployment of our Operating Model to support strategic goals. Guide leaders through change initiatives using proven tools and approaches. Leadership CoachingServe as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders on strategic people matters. Provide thought leadership and expertise to elevate leadership capabilities. Workforce Planning & Talent ManagementImplement talent strategies that build a diverse, future-ready pipeline. Support succession planning and advise managers on talent development and retention. Culture & Employee EngagementCo-create a performance-driven culture that values consumer empathy and celebrates both achievements and noble failures.

Drive employee engagement by helping leaders deploy the right global tools and assets. Labor Relations, Compliance & P&C ExcellenceFoster constructive employee relations and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. Monitor labor costs and contribute to the effectiveness of the P&C Operating Model. What You Need To HaveBachelor’s degree in Business Management, HR Management, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR business partnering, or organizational development. Proven success in deploying operating models and leading change. Experience working with senior stakeholders and developing teams. Data-driven, business-focused, and experience-led mindset.

Expertise in Strategic Workforce Planning, Organizational Effectiveness, and core P&C areas (Total Rewards, Talent Management, Learning & Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Experience).
