We provide sophisticated coaching services and assistance to the Leaders of either top-tier venture capital firms or unicorn startups. As we are growing, we are continuously looking to hire Experienced Executive Assistants who have the ability to support business executives and add value to our services.About the job:We are looking for PH-based virtual executive assistants with a minimum of 1 year of experience working for US-based C-level personnel. Your employment will be under the executive's firm which will hire you directly, and Mindmaven will not be a party to your employment agreement with the client.As part of our commitment to hiring only the best in the industry, our screening process consists of 5 stages, which may take up to 15 days max to complete, depending on your ability to complete certain requirements.Note: This is for Talent Pooling and not for immediate placement.The 5 stages are as follows:Grit TestZoom Call: Initial Interview (up to 30 minutes)Trial Projects (2 parts) and online assessments.Zoom Call: In-depth Interview (up to 1 hour)Profile creation/Client InterviewOnce offered the full-time position, we will require your 100% commitment, and having work commitments from other employers will not be allowed. Hours of work will be based on US timezones.Key Responsibilities:Meeting ManagementCreate follow-up emails based on information provided by the meeting ownerRecord information collected from the meeting owner in a contact databaseAdd or update a calendar itemTask and Time ManagementRecord all tasks assigned and performedKeep accurate and detailed records of time spent on tasksManagement of Contact DatabaseEnter new contact informationUpdate existing contact informationLog value activities performed by contact ownerTrack all Action itemsInvite new contacts to LinkedInAccept LinkedIn invitationsResearch management:Perform various internet-based researchPerform prospect researchWriting:Create email drafts for the folks you work forCreation of text templatesAny other responsibilities that might arise while performing this job.Salary:The starting salary offered is USD8-10/hour.
