Takes ownership of specific project tasks related to recall management and oversight, managing them from initiation to completion, ensuring that all assigned responsibilities are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards. Works under general supervision and established processes, utilizing independent judgment to navigate and adhere to operational policies, ensuring compliance and optimal performance. Provides support during remediation activities, helping to scope solutions that meet customer needs and ensuring the feasibility of proposed project plans, with a clear path to successful implementation.

Serves as the operational liaison between the customer and internal teams, addressing moderately complex inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Analyzes project data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations that support project goals, contributing to continuous improvement in project execution and customer value delivery. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all team members are aligned with project objectives, deadlines, and customer requirements, leading to effective coordination between all entities. Conducts post-implementation reviews and customer feedback sessions, gathering insights to inform future projects and contribute to continuous improvement in customer project management practices.

Documents project risks, issues, and change requests, working with the project managers, solutions architects, internal stakeholders and customers to implement mitigation strategies that minimize impact on project timelines and budgets. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired minimal prior experience required with Bachelor's OR minimum 4 + years of experience with Vocational Education in Supply Chain, Project Management, Customer Service or related fields. Your skills include project management, supply chain, strong organizational experience, customer service, strong excel skills, and excellent problem-solving skills.

You have a Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Education in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Science or a related field. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. You’re an effective communicator that can dig into the data, ask questions and handle difficult or upset customers. How We Work TogetherWe believe that we are better together than apart. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Murrysville, PA is $62,250 to $99,600. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Murrysville, PA.
