Our client, a retail company, is looking to hire a temp to perm Photo Retoucher to join their creative team!They are looking for a detail-oriented Photo Retoucher to enhance and edit images to meet their high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for detail and creativity, ensuring that our photos are visually appealing and aligned with our brand aesthetics.**This role will start off part time, 16-24 hours per week (2-3 eight hour days). You will be asked to work on site 1 day in Dedham, MA (Monday or Tuesday), and can work remotely the rest of the week. They are hoping to convert this person to full time, direct hire after 3-4 months.**Key ResponsibilitiesReview and assess photos for quality and make necessary adjustments.Enhance images by adjusting color, lighting, and clarity using Photoshop and Lightroom.Remove blemishes, imperfections, and unwanted elements from images.Collaborate with photographers and designers to understand project requirements and feedback.Maintain consistency in style and quality across all images edited.Stay updated with the latest trends in photo editing and retouching techniques.QualificationsProven experience as a Photo Retoucher or similar role.Proficiency in photo editing software, especially Photoshop and Lightroom.Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
