This role is perfect for someone with a sharp eye for color, texture, and detail, who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the visual quality and consistency of our digital assets across ecommerce and marketing channels.RESPONSIBILITIESExecute daily image retouching requests across a range of projectsPerform expert-level color correction of clothing and product imageryEnsure consistency of tone, lighting, and brand aesthetics across all ecommerce and digital marketing assetsCollaborate with photographers, designers, and art directors to meet creative and technical standardsMaintain organized file structures and adhere to workflow protocols for digital asset deliveryProactively identify and suggest improvements to processes and visual standardsQUALIFICATIONS3+ years of professional photo retouching experience, preferably in fashion, beauty, or ecommerceAdvanced proficiency in Adobe PhotoshopStrong understanding of image composition, color theory, and lightingExceptional attention to detail and consistencyAbility to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience or interest in 3D modeling/rendering toolsFamiliarity with AI-powered image generation tools and techniquesWorking knowledge of Capture One, Lightroom, or other image editing softwareThe base salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees.
