They help real estate professionals market properties faster and more effectively through beautiful, accurate, and timely visual assets.For our post-production team, we are seeking a full-time Photo Retouching Specialist with real estate editing experience. Leadership skills are a plus; if you're meticulous and enjoy producing polished, magazine-caliber images, we'd like to connect with you.What You’ll DoProcess and enhance large volumes of real estate images dailyPerform HDR blending, color correction, perspective adjustments, and exposure balancingReplace skies, enhance grass/landscaping, remove objects, and correct image distortionsEnsure all images meet brand and client standardsWork collaboratively with our software development team to help automate the processWork collaboratively with our client success team to refine the images and meet delivery timelinesMaintain consistent file management and naming conventionsEducational RequirementsDiplomaBachelor/HonorsMastersBackground in graphic design or visual arts is a plusSkills Required: Adobe creative Suite, PhotoshopExperience RequirementsAt least 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Software Company,BPO/ Data Entry Firm,Multinational Companies,Overseas CompaniesAdditional RequirementsExpert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom (minimum 3 years of hands-on experience)Proven background in real estate or architectural photo editing (portfolio required)Strong attention to detail and color accuracyAbility to work quickly without sacrificing qualityExcellent time management and organizational skillsReliable internet connection and access to a high-performance editing setupFamiliarity with U.S. real estate photography standards (MLS rules, twilight shots, etc.)Experience in virtual staging, item removal, and advanced retouchingJob LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
