We work across football academies, elite athlete programs, creative production, and high-performance projects such as Youthline Football Academy, Eye Training Hub, and Versa Sports Camps.We are looking for a skilled Photographer & Videographer to join our team and help us capture powerful sports moments, player journeys, and branded content.Role OverviewWe are hiring a creative and reliable Part-Time Photographer/Videographer who can shoot and edit high-quality content for training sessions, matches, events, interviews, and OBMspiration’s media platforms.This role is ideal for someone who loves sports, storytelling, and fast-paced production.This position has a pathway to Full-Time based on performance.Key Responsibilities • Capture photos and videos at training sessions, games, events, and camps • Produce 10–15 weekly reels/short videos for social media • Deliver 30–50 edited photos per week • Create player highlights, testimonials, and BTS (behind-the-scenes) content • Edit videos quickly (24–72 hours turnaround) • Support content needs for:✔ Youthline Football Academy✔ Eye Training Hub✔ Versa Sports Camp✔ OBMspiration Group • Maintain consistent brand style, tone, and image quality • Work closely with the creative and operations team • Be available for scheduled shoots and occasional weekend eventsQualifications & Skills • Proven experience in photography and videography • Strong knowledge of editing software: • Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut Pro • Ability to deliver clean, sharp, high-quality sports content • Experience with reels, highlights, and social media formats • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and movement • Ability to work fast and under pressure • Reliable, professional, and self-driven • Must own personal equipment (camera + lenses) • OBMspiration will provide additional equipment: lighting, tripods, backup devices as needed
