Company DescriptionThe Grammar School, founded in 1963, offers students both a general and specialized education, preparing them for the School’s Leaving Certificate (Apolytirion), International GCSE, and GCE Advanced Subsidiary (AS) and Advanced Level examinations. The school is also an official GCE examination center. In addition to its strong academic focus, The Grammar School promotes a variety of extra-curricular activities including charity work, STEM projects, sports, and cultural skills.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Physics Teacher. The Physics Teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, delivering high-quality Physics education, and developing curriculum materials. Additional responsibilities include assessing and evaluating student progress, participating in extra-curricular activities, and maintaining a dynamic and engaging classroom environment.QualificationsStrong background in Physics Applicants must be holders of a relevant degree in Physics . A PGCE is preferred. Previous experience in teaching up to IGCSE Level and GCE Advanced Level exams will be considered as an advantage.Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum DevelopmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with diverse learning styles and educational technologies.A Post Graduate degree will be considered an advantage.
