We offer flexible working hours on our bank across urgent care and inpatient wards to suit your current lifestyle as we know work / life balance is important. We are particularly looking for physiotherapists to support our weekend service across urgent care and medical wards.The Therapy team holds a high profile within the wider trust and is at the forefront of many service development strategies, continually developing and introducing new, pioneering prospects for the service.To provide a diagnosis and develop and deliver an individualised treatment programme. To plan and prioritise own patient caseload, working with support of a senior member of staff. Supervision takes the form of regular formal training and clinical reasoning sessions and peer review. To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner.To provide high quality, evidence-based care across the seven day service and participate in the oncall rota for adults, children and young people as the service requires..
